We also accept bank deposit and Money orders.
We do not send items when we receive your order for a bank transfer payment; we dispatch items once payment is received.

Lay-by Terms and Conditions
• 4 week lay-by service.
• Sale items may be placed on layby unless otherwise stated in product description.
• A 25% lay-by deposit required when order is placed. And then 25% paid every week.

• Lay-by must be finalized by the due date.
• Regular weekly or fortnightly payments are required.
• If the lay-by is cancelled by you within the lay-by period then all monies will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee.
• If you fail to make payments and/or do not finalize your lay-by by the due date (without contacting us to arrange an extension) your lay-by will be cancelled, stock will be returned to the store and a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover administration costs.
• Individual items can be separated from a lay-by and be posted, as long as there is enough deposit to cover the balance of the lay-by, extra postage fees apply.
• Please only purchase what you can afford to pay off in 4 weeks layby period.
• You can have more than 1 lay-by service, but the same term and conditions will apply.
• All items remain the property of Curvy Clothing until final payment has been received. __________________________________________________________________________

Refunds We have a 14 day return policy, please make sure you try on your items soon as you receive them, if they don't fit or you don't like them, please email info@curvyclothing.com.au and post to the address on the bottom of the emails, please make sure you send it express or reg post so you have tracking and/or insurance. you are fully responsible to return the goods to me in the same condition as they were sent to you or i cant give a credit or refund sorry.

All exchanges must be sent back with a prepaid self addressed envelope for me to post your exchanged item back to you.

if the items have been worn or have an oder no refund will be given.

All orders will be posted to you via Platinum Express Post with a tracking number and $100 insurance. Normal post and Reg post can be requested.
$16 for 3kg bag
$12 for 500 Gram bag

Curvy Clothing uses Couriers Please and Australia Post for all deliveries Australia Wide.
All parcels require a signature on delivery.
If you are not home a card is left and you can collect the parcel from your local post office or call Couriers Please to arrange a suitable time.
Ensure to give correct details for delivery. eg unit number or apartment number, street number and any other info that would be useful.
All orders are dispatched next day when orders are placed on a working day between 9.00am-5.00pm.
Please allow up to 10 working days
No deliveries Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
Estimated delivery time frames and cost for parcels. Not per item but per order. Unlimited items.
Time frames may alter if product is out of stock. Allow 3-10 working days extra.
