Terms and Conditions

• 6 week lay-by service. a deposit is required within 48 hrs, if we dont receive a deposit we will have to cancel the order and return the items to stock.

• Sale items may be placed on layby unless , otherwise stated in product description.

• A 20% lay-by deposit required when order is placed. And then 20% paid every week.

• Lay-by must be finalized by the due date.

• Regular weekly or fortnightly payments are required.

• If the lay-by is cancelled by you within the lay-by period then all monies will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee.

• If you fail to make payments and/or do not finalize your lay-by by the due date (without contacting us to arrange an extension) your lay-by will be cancelled, stock will be returned to the store and a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover administration costs.

• Individual items can be separated from a lay-by and be posted, as long as there is enough deposit to cover the balance of the lay-by, extra postage fees apply.

• Please only purchase what you can afford to pay off in 4-6 weeks layby period.

• You can have more than 1 lay-by service, but the same term and conditions will apply.

• All items remain the property of Curvy Clothing until final payment has been received.

Return Policy

• We have 14 days Return policy, all items must be returned in their original condition, smoke and odor free or the items will be returned to you. (Sale and Bridal Merchandise are returnable for store credit only)
