Our designer, Annie, has pulled out all the stops in the process of creating this lush and sumptuous style! It’s designed to function as a ‘wrap’ dress (or duster jacket, if you choose to layer it) with an open front that wraps around and is secured with a long, broad sash that comfortably defines your curves. Silky tassels on the sash add an extra degree of luxury. Broad, loosely gathered ruffles fall vertically in a languid dance around the neckline and bodice, and the skirt forms a sharp a-line. The hem is finished with another helping of broad, loose ruffles, repeated one more time at each long-sleeved cuff. Made up in crinkle rayon, a silky and soft fabric that becomes more so with each laundering (cold water wash, hang to dry). The fabric is renowned for its’ superbly supple draping qualities. We all enjoy looking our best for special occasions. So, the fashions that we can count on to fit and flatter and present with a sophisticated fashion vogue are cherished.
